The readymade muhurtha
available in most online panchang or print panchang are based in India,
and they are very general purpose. Even if you are living in India, it
may not be applicable to you. For example: you have to check rasi bala,
tara bala, surya bala, guru bala, agnivasa, udayastha, chandara mukham
(for graha pravesha etc...) and other details. There are only four
general purpose muhurtha that is valid all over the world depending
upon tithi falling on that day in that location. Look for the normal
rule -- thithi prevailing at the sunrise. So open mypanchang to find your
city in there and find those days in panchangam for that city.
These days are:
Chaitra Shukla Prathama. (Yugadi / Gudi padawa)
Akshya Tritiya
Dasera
Karthik Shukla Prathama.
For other days you cannot use general purpose muhurthams printed in
panchang. These are printed for benefit of astrologers who can use them
to narrow down to your nakshatra (star) and rasi. But once again these
are valid for India only not valid outside of India.

He is a volunteering at mypanchang.com. Muhurtha calculation is a time consuming job. For each muhurtha an astrologer has to go through various tasks.
There is no such thing as a general purpose muhurtha for all. If a muhurtha is a good for one can be bad for another person.
Hence it takes a lot of time to calculate muhurtha. What you see some muhurtha dates on some sites, or in some printed panchangs, are just panchang shuddhi days for a given occasion. That also applicable in india only.
Those panchang shuddhi days aren't applicable outside India. Hence, an astrologer has to calculate panchang shuddhi days for your location and then calculate your muhurtha.
If you like muhurthas by him you can send any sambhavana directly to him for his muhurtha services. However it's not required BUT according to dharmashastras it's advised to give any sambhavana to astrologer for his services.
